Here are the reported incidents at 7:30 on 6 December for the Tube system:
PICCADILLY LINE: Saturday 6 and Sunday 7 December, suspended between South Harrow and Uxbridge due to planned engineering works. Replacement buses operate between Harrow-on-the-Hill and Uxbridge via South Harrow.

A rail replacement bus service operates between Uxbridge and Harrow-on-the-Hill, calling at Hillingdon, Ickenham, West Ruislip, Ruislip, Ruislip Manor, Eastcote, Rayners Lane and South Harrow.

Journey times may be extended by up to 45 minutes.

METROPOLITAN LINE: Saturday 6 and Sunday 7 December, suspended between Harrow-on-the-Hill and Uxbridge due to planned engineering works. A rail replacement bus service operates.

NORTHERN LINE: Saturday 6 and Sunday 7 December, suspended between Edgware and Colindale. A rail replacement bus service operates.

A rail replacment bus service operates between Edgware and Colindale, calling at Burnt Oak.

Journey times may be increased by up to 30 minutes.

BAKERLOO LINE: Suspended between Paddington and Elephant & Castle due to a customer incident at Baker Street. Minor delays are occurring on the rest of the line. London Underground tickets are being accepted on local buses and London Overground via any reasonable route.
BAKER STREET STATION: Closed to Bakerloo and Jubilee Line trains due to a customer incindent.
BOROUGH STATION: Reduced lift service until late December. Exit only Monday to Friday between 0800 and 1000 and between 1700 and 1900. No ticket issuing facilities.

The nearest alternative stations are London Bridge and Elephant & Castle.

London Bus routes 35 40 133 and 343 operate between Borough, Elephant & Castle and London Bridge station and accept London Underground tickets.

LONDON BRIDGE STATION: Reduced escalator service until mid-February 2009.
MONUMENT AND BANK STATIONS: Please avoid using Monument Station to interchange with services from Bank. Until spring 2009 interchange between District and Circle line services at Monument and all services from Bank station is only available at street level due to escalator refurbishment works. As an alternative use nearby Mansion House or Cannon Street stations which are a short walk from Bank. Maps of the area are available at both stations. Local bus services 21 43 133 and 141 also operate between London Bridge and Moorgate stations calling at Bank and Monument. Oyster Pay As You Go customers need to make their interchange within 30 minutes to avoid being charged twice. MOORGATE STATION: Reduced escalator service until late January 2009.
PINNER STATION: No step free access between the ticket hall and the northbound platform due to a faulty lift.
ST PAULS STATION: Saturday 6 and Sunday 7 December, closed.

Mansion House and Bank are the nearest alternative stations.

Journey times may be increased by up to 15 minutes.

SWISS COTTAGE STATION: No down escalator until Sunday 14 December, and again from Monday 5 January until Monday 4 May.
TOWER GATEWAY STATION: Closed until Spring 2009. Passengers are advised to avoid using Bank station as an alternative due to ongoing escalator work.
WATERLOO STATION: Closed to Bakerloo Line trains, Saturday 6 and Sunday 7 December. Journey times may be increased by up to 15 minutes.
