Here are the reported incidents at 7:30 on 15 November for the Tube system:
CIRCLE LINE: Saturday 15 and Sunday 16 November, suspended.
DISTRICT LINE: Saturday 15 and Sunday 16 November, suspended between Embankment and Whitechapel.
DOCKLANDS LIGHT RAILWAY: Saturday 15 and Sunday 16 November, suspended on all routes except between Mudchute and Lewisham due to planned engineering work. Four rail replacement bus services operate.

Service one: between Canning Town and Beckton, calling at Royal Victoria, Custom House, Prince Regent, Royal Albert, Beckton Park, Cyprus and Gallions Reach.

Service two: between Bank and Island Gardens, calling at Tower Gateway, Shadwell, Limehouse, Westferry, Canary Wharf, Heron Quays, South Quay, Crossharbour and Mudchute.

Service three: between Stratford and Island Gardens, calling at Pudding Mill Lane, Bow Church, Devons Road, Langdons Park, All Saints, Blackwall, Canary Wharf, Heron Quays, South Quay, Crossharbour and Mudchute.

Service four: between Bank and North Woolwich free ferry terminal, calling at Canary Wharf, Blackwall, Canning Town, West Silvertown, Pontoon Dock, London City Airport and King George V.

Mobility impaired passengers who are unable to use the replacement bus service call 020 7363 9700 for further advice.

HAMMERSMITH & CITY LINE: Saturday 15 and Sunday 16 November, suspended between Liverpool Street and Barking. A rail replacement bus service operates. A rail replacement bus service operates between Liverpool Street and Whitechapel, calling at Aldgate East. METROPOLITAN LINE: Saturday 15 and Sunday 16 November, suspended between Moorgate and Aldgate.
DISTRICT LINE: Severe delays are occurring between Embankment and Ealing Broadway, Richmond and Wimbledon due to late running of overnight engineering work.
JUBILEE LINE: Saturday 15 and Sunday 16 November, suspended between Finchley Road and Waterloo. Journey times may be increased by up to 20 minutes. NORTHERN LINE: Saturday 15 and Sunday 16 November, suspended between Burnt Oak and Edgware. A rail replacement bus service operates.

Journey times may be increased by up to 25 minutes.

BOROUGH STATION: Reduced lift service until late December. Exit only Monday to Friday between 0800 and 1000 and between 1700 and 1900. No ticket issuing facilities.

The nearest alternative stations are London Bridge and Elephant & Castle.

London Bus routes 35 40 133 and 343 operate between Borough, Elephant & Castle and London Bridge station and accept London Underground tickets.

GOODGE STREET STATION: Closed, Saturday 15 and Sunday 16 November. The nearest alternative stations are Warren Street and Tottenham Court Road. LONDON BRIDGE STATION: Reduced escalator service until mid-February 2009.
MONUMENT AND BANK STATIONS: Please avoid using Monument Station to interchange with services from Bank. Until spring 2009 interchange between District and Circle line services at Monument and all services from Bank station is only available at street level due to escalator refurbishment works. As an alternative use nearby Mansion House or Cannon Street stations which are a short walk from Bank. Maps of the area are available at both stations. Local bus services 21 43 133 and 141 also operate between London Bridge and Moorgate stations calling at Bank and Monument. Oyster Pay As You Go customers need to make their interchange within 30 minutes to avoid being charged twice. MOORGATE STATION: Reduced escalator service until late January 2009.
SWISS COTTAGE STATION: No down escalator until Sunday 14 December, and again from Monday 5 January until Monday 4 May.
TOWER GATEWAY STATION: Closed until Spring 2009. Passengers are advised to avoid using Bank station as an alternative due to ongoing escalator work.
