Here are the reported incidents at 7:30 on 18 October for the Tube system:
JUBILEE LINE: Saturday 18 and Sunday 19 October, suspended between Stratford and Green Park. Two rail replacement bus services operate.

Two rail replacement bus services operate:

Service A: between Bank and Canada Water, calling at Monument London Bridge and Bermondsey.

Service B: between North Greenwich and Stratford, calling at Canning Town and West Ham.

Journey times may be increased by up to 60 minutes.

DISTRICT LINE: Saturday 18 and Sunday 19 October, suspended between Barking and Upminster. Two rail replacement bus services operate.

Two rail replacement bus services operate:

Service A: between Dagenham East and Barking, calling at Dagenham Heathway, Becontree and Upney.

Service B: between Upminster and Barking, calling at Upminster Bridge, Hornchurch, Elm Park and Dagenham East.

Journey times may be increased by up to 30 minutes.

Service A: between Northwood and Watford, calling at Rickmansworth and Croxley.

Service B: between Northwood and Moor Park.

Journey times may be increased by up to 40 minutes.

NORTHERN LINE: Saturday 18 and Sunday 19 October, suspended between Colindale and Edgware. A rail replacement bus service operates.

CIRCLE LINE (ANTICLOCKWISE): Minor delays are occurring due to an earlier faulty train at High Street Kensington.
BANK AND MONUMENT STATIONS: Until summer 2009, there is very limited interchange at Bank and Monument stations. This is due to major escalator replacement works. You are strongly advised to use alternative interchange stations. If you travel to the Bank and Monument areas you may find it easier to use nearby alternative stations such as Cannon Street, London Bridge, Mansion House and Moorgate. Local bus services 21, 43, 133 and 141 operate between London Bridge and Moorgate stations calling at Bank and Monument. Please note: Interchange at the station may involve walking routes at street level. In order to prevent overcrowding, Central and/or Northern line trains may not stop at Bank, especially during morning and evening peaks. Oyster Pay As You Go customers need to make their interchange within 30 minutes to avoid being charged twice. BOROUGH STATION: Reduced lift service until late December. Exit only Monday to Friday between 0800 and 1000 and between 1700 and 1900. No ticket issuing facilities.

The nearest alternative stations are London Bridge and Elephant & Castle.

London Bus routes 35 40 133 and 343 operate between Borough, Elephant & Castle and London Bridge station and accept London Underground tickets.

CANADA WATER STATION: Reduced escalator service until mid November.
HOUNSLOW WEST STATION: Closed, Saturday 18 and Sunday 19 October. A rail replacement bus service operates.

A rail replacement bus service operates between Hounslow West and Hounslow Central.

Journey times may be increased by up to 20 minutes.

KINGS CROSS ST PANCRAS STATION: Closed to Northern Line trains, Saturday 18 and Sunday 19 October.

ST PAULS STATION: Closed, Saturday 18 and Sunday 19 October.

TOWER GATEWAY STATION: Closed until Spring 2009. Passengers are advised to avoid using Bank station as an alternative due to ongoing escalator work.
WOOD LANE STATION: No step free access to the westbound platform due to a faulty lift.
