Transport for London Travel Alert for your tube travel at 7:30 on 17 October

Here are the reported incidents at 7:30 on 17 October for the Tube system:
No line incidents reported. BANK AND MONUMENT STATIONS: Until summer 2009, there is very limited interchange at Bank and Monument stations. This is due to major escalator replacement works. You are strongly advised to use alternative interchange stations. If you travel to the Bank and Monument areas you may find it easier to use nearby alternative stations such as Cannon Street, London Bridge, Mansion House and Moorgate. Local bus services 21, 43, 133 and 141 operate between London Bridge and Moorgate stations calling at Bank and Monument. Please note: Interchange at the station may involve walking routes at street level. In order to prevent overcrowding, Central and/or Northern line trains may not stop at Bank, especially during morning and evening peaks. Oyster Pay As You Go customers need to make their interchange within 30 minutes to avoid being charged twice. BANK STATION: No step free access between street level and Docklands Light Railway due to a faulty lift.
BOROUGH STATION: Reduced lift service until late December. Exit only Monday to Friday between 0800 and 1000 and between 1700 and 1900. No ticket issuing facilities.

The nearest alternative stations are London Bridge and Elephant & Castle.

London Bus routes 35 40 133 and 343 operate between Borough, Elephant & Castle and London Bridge station and accept London Underground tickets.

CANADA WATER STATION: Reduced escalator service until mid November.
KILBURN STATION: No step free access between the street level and the platforms due to a faulty lift.
MOORGATE STATION: Reduced escalator service until late January 2009.
TOWER GATEWAY STATION: Closed until Spring 2009. Passengers are advised to avoid using Bank station as an alternative due to ongoing escalator work.
WOOD LANE STATION: No step free access to the westbound platform due to a faulty lift.
