Here are the reported incidents at 7:30 on 4 October for the Tube system:
VICTORIA LINE: Saturday 4 October, suspended. Two rail replacement bus services operate.

Two rail replacement bus services operate:

Service A: between Walthamstow Central and Finsbury Park, calling at Blackhorse Road, Seven Sisters and Manor House.

Service B: between Victoria and Brixton, calling at Pimlico and Vauxhall.

Journey times may be increased by up to 30 minutes.

HAMMERSMITH & CITY LINE: Saturday 4 and Sunday 5 October, suspended between Edgware Road and Barking.

Journey times may be increased by up to 45 minutes.

DISTRICT LINE: Saturday 4 and Sunday 5 October, suspended between Upminster and Barking. Two rail replacement bus services operate.

Two rail replacement bus services operate as follows

Service A: between Dagenham East and Barking, calling at Dagenham Heathway, Becontree and Upney.

Service B: between Upminster and Barking, calling at Upminster Bridge, Hornchurch, Elm Park and Dagenham East.

Journey times may be increased by up to 40 minutes.

CIRCLE LINE: Saturday 4 and Sunday 5 October, suspended between Kings Cross St Pancras and Moorgate, via Farringdon.

Journey times may be increased by up to 45 minutes.

METROPOLITAN LINE: Saturday 4 and Sunday 5 October, suspended between Baker Street and Aldgate.

Journey times may be increased by up to 45 minutes.

JUBILEE LINE: Saturday 4 October, suspended between North Greenwich and Stratford. A rail replacement bus service operates.

A rail replacement bus service operates between between North Greenwich and Stratford, calling at West Ham and Canning Town.

Journey times may be increased by up to 25 minutes.

NORTHERN LINE: Saturday 4 and Sunday 5 October, suspended between Edgware and Burnt Oak. A rail replacement bus service operates. Journey time may be increased by up to ten minutes. DOCKLANDS LIGHT RAILWAY: Saturday 4 and Sunday 5 October, suspended between Westferry and King George V, between Westferry and Beckton and between Stratford and West India Quay. Three rail replacement bus services operate.

Three rail replacement bus services operate:

Service One: between Canary Wharf and Stratford, calling at Pudding Mill Lane, Bow Church, Devons Road, Langdon Park, All Saints and Blackwall.

Service Two: between Canary Wharf and Beckton, calling at Blackwall, Canning Town, Royal Victoria, Custom House, Prince Regent, Royal Albert, Beckton Park. Cyprus and Gallions Reach.

Service Three: between Canary Wharf and North Woolwich ferry terminal, calling at Blackwall, Canning Town, West Silvertown, Pontoon Dock, London City Airport and King George V.

Mobility impaired passengers who are unable to use the replacement bus service call 020 7363 9700 for further advice.

BANK AND MONUMENT STATIONS: Until summer 2009, there is very limited interchange at Bank and Monument stations. This is due to major escalator replacement works. You are strongly advised to use alternative interchange stations. If you travel to the Bank and Monument areas you may find it easier to use nearby alternative stations such as Cannon Street, London Bridge, Mansion House and Moorgate. Local bus services 21, 43, 133 and 141 operate between London Bridge and Moorgate stations calling at Bank and Monument. Please note: Interchange at the station may involve walking routes at street level. In order to prevent overcrowding, Central and/or Northern line trains may not stop at Bank, especially during morning and evening peaks. Oyster Pay As You Go customers need to make their interchange within 30 minutes to avoid being charged twice. BANK: No step free access between street level and Docklands Light Railway due to a faulty lift.
BOROUGH STATION: Reduced lift service until late December. Exit only Monday to Friday between 0800 and 1000 and between 1700 and 1900. No ticket issuing facilities.

The nearest alternative stations are London Bridge and Elephant & Castle.

London Bus routes 35 40 133 and 343 operate between Borough, Elephant & Castle and London Bridge station and accept London Underground tickets.

CANADA WATER STATION: Reduced escalator service until mid November.
HENDON CENTRAL:No step free access between street level and the platforms due to staff shortage.
MOORGATE STATION: Reduced escalator service until late January 2009.
RUSSELL SQUARE STATION: Saturday 4 and Sunday 5 October, closed.

The nearest alternative stations are Holborn and King Cross St Pancras.

Journey times may be increased by up to 15 minutes.

SHEPHERDS BUSH CENTRAL LINE STATION: Closed until mid-October for refurbishment work. A rail replacement bus service operates between Shepherds Bush Central line station, from the taxi rank outside the station, and White City station bus stop “B”. Journey times may be increased by up to 20 minutes. Oyster card pay as you go holders should use the free replacement bus service or the 148 bus to Holland Park and Notting Hill Gate.
ST PAULS STATION: Saturday 4 and Sunday 5 October, closed.

The nearest alternative stations are Barbican and Mansion House.

Journey times may be increased by up to 15 minutes.

TOWER GATEWAY STATION: Closed until Spring 2009. Passengers are advised to avoid using Bank station as an alternative due to ongoing escalator work.
WARREN STREET STATION: Saturday 4 October, closed. Journey Times may be increased by up to 15 minutes.
