Transport for London Travel Alert for your tube travel at 7:30 on 20 September

Here are the reported incidents at 7:30 on 20 September for the Tube system:
VICTORIA LINE: On Saturday 20 and Sunday 21 September, suspended throughout due to planned engineering works.

Replacement buses operate as follows:

Brixton – Stockwell – Vauxhall – Pimlico – Victoria

Walthamstow Central – Blackhorse Road – Tottenham Hale – Seven Sisters – Manor House – Finsbury Park

DISTRICT LINE: On Saturday 20 and Sunday 21 September, suspended between Barking and Upminster due to planned engineering works. Replacement buses operate.

Service A Barking – Upney – Becontree – Dagenham Heathway – Dagenham East

Service B Barking – Dagenham East – Elm Park – Hornchurch – Upminster  Bridge – Upminster.

JUBILEE LINE: On Saturday 20 and Sunday 21 September, suspended between Canary Wharf and Stratford. A limited rail replacement bus service operates. Please use Underground, National Rail or DLR services where possible.

Service A: North Greenwich – Canning Town – West Ham – Stratford

Service B: North Greenwich – Canary Wharf

Journey times may be increased by up to 25 minutes.

CIRCLE LINE: On Saturday 20 and Sunday 21 September, suspended in both directions between Kings Cross St.Pancras and Moorgate (via Farringdon) due to planned engineering works.
HAMMERSMITH & CITY LINE: On Saturday 20 and Sunday 21 September, suspended between Edgware Road and Barking due to planned engineering works. Please use the District line between Whitechapel and Barking.
METROPOLITAN LINE: On Saturday 20 and Sunday 21 September, suspended between Baker Street and Aldgate due to planned engineering works.
BANK / MONUMENT: Reduced escalator service until further notice.
BANK AND MONUMENT STATIONS: Until summer 2009, there is very limited interchange at Bank and Monument stations. This is due to major escalator replacement works. You are strongly advised to use alternative interchange stations. If you travel to the Bank and Monument areas you may find it easier to use nearby alternative stations such as Cannon Street, London Bridge, Mansion House and Moorgate. Local bus services 21, 43, 133 and 141 operate between London Bridge and Moorgate stations calling at Bank and Monument. Please note: Interchange at the station may involve walking routes at street level. In order to prevent overcrowding, Central and/or Northern line trains may not stop at Bank, especially during morning and evening peaks. Oyster Pay As You Go customers need to make their interchange within 30 minutes to avoid being charged twice. BANK STATION: No step free access between street level and the Docklands Light Railway due to faulty lifts.
BOROUGH STATION: Reduced lift service until late December. Exit only Monday to Friday between 0800 and 1000 and between 1700 and 1900. No ticket issuing facilities.

The nearest alternative stations are London Bridge and Elephant & Castle.

London Bus routes 35 40 133 and 343 operate between Borough, Elephant & Castle and London Bridge station and accept London Underground tickets.

CANADA WATER STATION: Reduced escalator service until mid November.
CANNONS PARK STATION: On Saturday 20 and Sunday 21 September, closed due to refurbishment works.
HERON QUAYS STATION: No northbound lift service between Friday 12 September until Monday 29 September inclusive.
KNIGHTSBRIDGE STATION: Reduced escalator service until the end of September.
MOORGATE STATION: Reduced escalator service until late January 2009.
OSTERLEY STATION: On Saturday 20 and Sunday 21 September, the station is closed due to refurbishment works. Connecting buses operate between Osterley and Hounslow East.
PICCADILLY CIRCUS STATION: Reduced escalator service until mid October.
PIMLICO STATION: Reduced escalator service until mid March 2009.
SHEPHERDS BUSH CENTRAL LINE STATION: Closed until mid-October for refurbishment work. A rail replacement bus service operates between Shepherds Bush Central line station, from the taxi rank outside the station, and White City station bus stop “B”. Journey times may be increased by up to 20 minutes. Oyster card pay as you go holders should use the free replacement bus service or the 148 bus to Holland Park and Notting Hill Gate.
TOTTENHAM COURT ROAD: Reduced escalator service until end of September.
TOWER GATEWAY STATION: Closed until Spring 2009. Passengers are advised to avoid using Bank station as an alternative due to ongoing escalator work.
WARREN STREET STATION: On Saturday 20 and Sunday 21 September, the station is closed for refurbishment works. Please use Euston station or local London Buses services instead.
WATERLOO UNDERGROUND STATION: On Saturday 20 and Sunday 21 September, Northern line trains will not stop at the station due to station refurbishment works. No other lines are affected.
