Stratford route at 7:30 on 23 April

Here are the reported incidents at 7:30 on 23 April for the Tube system:

DISTRICT LINE: Minor delays are occurring between Turnham Green and Richmond due to an earlier signal failure at Richmond.

BOUNDS GREEN STATION: No down escalator service until late August 2010. Please use buses 184 or 221 to Wood Green station if you are unable to use the stairs to reach the platform.

CHALK FARM STATION: Due a local power supply problem there is no lift service available.

CHARING CROSS STATION: Reduced escalator service until further notice.

EARL’S COURT STATION: Reduced escalator service until early July 2010.

GREENFORD STATION: Due to works taking place, the car park will be closed until the end of 2010.

OXFORD CIRCUS STATION: Until end May 2011, because of work to replace 3 escalators the station will operate as exit and interchange only until 1030 on weekdays. After 1030 entry to the station from street level will be possible. However, two of the station exits/entrances will also be closed during the work and at busy times, especially weekday evening peaks, it will be necessary to temporarily restrict entrance to the station to prevent overcrowding.

Until 1030 on weekday mornings and to avoid queuing, particularly during the evening peak, use nearby Bond Street, Tottenham Court Road and Piccadilly Circus stations to enter the Underground system. Interchange between lines at Oxford Circus will be available all day.

ST PAUL’S STATION: Until end July 2010, due to escalator work the station will operate as exit only between 0730 and 1000 Monday to Friday. Please use Bank station to catch your train.
