Here are the reported incidents at 7:30 on 3 November for the Tube system:
DISTRICT LINE: Suspended between Wimbledon and Earl’s Court due to signal failure at Putney Bridge. A good service is operating on the rest of the line. London Buses and South West Trains are accepting tickets via any reasonable route. DISTRICT LINE: Suspended between Earl’s Court and Wimbledon due to a signal failure at Putney Bridge.
ACTON TOWN STATION: From Friday 23 October until Wednesday 11 November, no step-free access between the ticket hall and platforms.
ALDGATE EAST STATION: The ticket office is closed from Sunday 1 November until Sunday 13 December, inclusive. Ticket machines remain available in the ticket hall during the closure.
CHANCERY LANE STATION: From Monday 2 November until Thursday 30 December inclusive, the station will be open for exit only on weekdays between 0730 and 1000 due to escalator refurbishment works. For the Central line please use nearby Holborn station which is a 6-8 minute walk from Chancery Lane.
EUSTON UNDERGROUND STATION: From Monday 17 August until Monday 9 November, there will be a reduced escalator service to the southbound Northern line (Bank Branch) and southbound Victoria line platforms due to refurbishment works. Access to these platforms will be via a spiral staircase only. Customers with luggage are advised to take local bus routes to Kings Cross St Pancras station for connections with these services. Valid Underground tickets will be accepted on these local routes.
GREENFORD STATION: Due to station upgrade works to provide step-free access, the car park will be closed until the end of 2010.
OXFORD CIRCUS: Until April 2010, due to escalator work Central line passengers travelling to Oxford Street are strongly advised to avoid exiting at Oxford Circus station. Use Bond Street or Tottenham Court Road stations instead. Access to the Central line and interchange with the Bakerloo and Victoria lines is not affected.
PICCADILLY CIRCUS STATION: Reduced escalator service until further notice.
SOUTHGATE STATION: Closed due to faulty escalators. London Buses will accept tickets via any reasonable route. SOUTHGATE STATION: Reduced escalator service until late December 2009.
