DLR WEEKEND CHANGES MESSAGE FOR SAT 31/05 AND SUN 01/06 A MESSAGE FOR DOCKLANDS LIGHT RAILWAY: Services are suspended between Westferry and West India Quay due to additional engineering work. Customers wishing to travel between Bank / Tower Gateway and Lewisham should change at Poplar. Customers travelling to Canary Wharf are advised to walk from Westferry station.
Weekend services are running: Stratford – Lewisham every 10 minutes Canary Wharf – Lewisham every 20 minutes (08.30-19.30) Tower Gateway – Beckton every 10 minutes Bank to King George V every 10 minutes (05.30-08.30) and every 5 minutes (08.30-00.30). METROPOLITAN LINE: On Saturday 31 May and Sunday 1 June, suspended between Northwood and Watford due to planned engineering works. Fast services to/from Amersham are not affected. Replacement buses operate between Northwood and Watford (via Rickmansworth), and between Northwood and Moor Park.
JUBILEE LINE: On Saturday 31 May and Sunday 1 June suspended between North Greenwich and Stratford. A limited rail replacement bus service operates.

Please use alternative interchange stations. If you travel to the Bank and Monument areas you may find it easier to use nearby alternative stations such as Cannon Street, London Bridge, Mansion House and Moorgate. Local bus services 21, 43, 133 and 141 operate between London Bridge and Moorgate stations calling at Bank and Monument. CANADA WATER STATION: From Monday 5 May until March 2010, one of the three exits will be closed to enable construction of a new library. Please use the other exits.
HEATHROW TERMINAL 4 STATION: Travelcards and Freedom Passes are not accepted on Heathrow Connect services to or from this station. Journeys between Terminal 4 and Terminals 1, 2 and 3, only, are free of charge.
HEATHROW TERMINALS 123 STATION: A reduced escalator service until late June 2009.
HENDON CENTRAL: No step free access between the ticket hall and the platform due to a faulty lift.
PICCADILLY CIRCUS STATION: Reduced escalator service until further notice.
SHEPHERDS BUSH CENTRAL LINE STATION: Closed until mid-October for refurbishment work. A rail replacement bus service operates between Shepherds Bush Central line station, from the taxi rank outside the station, and White City station bus stop “B”. Journey times may be increased by up to 20 minutes. Oyster card pay as you go holders should use the free replacement bus service or the 148 bus to Holland Park and Notting Hill Gate.

Transport for London Travel Alert for your tube travel at 7:30 on 22 May

Here are the reported incidents at 7:30 on 22 May for the Tube system:
EAST LONDON LINE: The line is closed to enable works to upgrade it to be part of the new London Overground network. Replacement bus services operate.
VICTORIA LINE: The Victoria line will close from 2200 on Monday to Thursday evenings until Thursday 20 November inclusive for line upgrade works. Two replacement bus services will operate.
BANK AND MONUMENT STATIONS: Until summer 2009, there is no interchange at Bank and Monument stations except between the DLR and Northern lines. This is due to major escalator replacement works. Please use alternative interchange stations. If you travel to the Bank and Monument areas you may find it easier to use nearby alternative stations such as Cannon Street, London Bridge, Mansion House and Moorgate. Local bus services 21, 43, 133 and 141 operate between London Bridge and Moorgate stations calling at Bank and Monument. PLEASE NOTE: During morning and evening peaks some Central and/or Northern line trains may not stop at Bank in order to prevent overcrowding.
