Transport for London Travel Alert for your tube travel at 7:30 on 23 February

Here are the reported incidents at 7:30 on 23 February for the Tube system:
EAST LONDON LINE: The line is closed to enable works to upgrade it to be part of the new London Overground network. Replacement bus services operate.
VICTORIA LINE: On Saturday 23 and Sunday 24 February, no service throughout the line. Please use alternative London Underground lines where possible. Replacement buses operate between Brixton and Victoria, and between Finsbury Park and Walthamstow Central.
HAMMERSMITH & CITY LINE On Saturday 23 and Sunday 24 February, suspended between Whitechapel and Barking due to planned engineering works. Replacement buses operate.
CIRCLE LINE: Severe delays are occurring clockwise due to staff shortage.
DISTRICT LINE On Saturday 23 and Sunday 24 February, suspended between Plaistow and Barking due to planned engineering works. Replacement buses operate.
DOCKLANDS LIGHT RAILWAY: On Saturday 23 and Sunday 24, services are suspended between Bank/Tower Gateway and Poplar/Canary Wharf.
Additionally on Sunday, services are also suspended between Canary Wharf and Stratford with buses operating.
METROPOLITAN LINE: On Saturday 23 and Sunday 24 February, suspended between Moor Park and Amersham/Chesham. Chiltern Railways services are suspended between Marylebone and Great Missenden on Saturday, and between Marylebone and Aylesbury (via Amersham) on Sunday. Replacement bus services operate between Croxley and Chesham.
BANK/MONUMENT COMPLEX: Reduced escalator service until further notice. Avoid changing trains at Bank/Monument
Passengers are advised to avoid changing trains at Bank/Monument, until further notice, due to ongoing escalator work which is slowing down interchange time through the station. The current work at Bank/Monument is leading to added journey times for customers changing between lines. Customers can avoid these delays by using alternative interchange routes.
BARKING STATION: No step free access until Monday 31 March inclusive due to planned lift maintenance work.
BOROUGH STATION: Reduced lift service at Borough until late 2008 for lift refurbishment work. On Mondays to Fridays between 0800 and 1000 and 1700 – 1900 the station will operate as exit only with no ticket issuing facilities. Please use nearby London Bridge or Elephant & Castle stations instead. Local bus Routes 35, 40, 133 and 343 operate between all three stations and valid LU tickets will be accepted.
CLAPHAM SOUTH STATION: Reduced escalator service until 14 March.
HEATHROW TERMINAL 4 STATION: Travelcards and Freedom Passes are not accepted on Heathrow Connect or Heathrow Express services to or from this station. Journeys between Terminal 4 and Terminals 1, 2 and 3, only, are free of charge.
KINGS CROSS ST PANCRAS STATION: No step free access between the tube ticket hall and street level due to a faulty lift.
NORTH GREENWICH STATION: No step-free access between the ticket hall and eastbound platform.
PICCADILLY CIRCUS STATION: Reduced escalator service until further notice.
SHEPHERDS BUSH CENTRAL LINE STATION: Until mid-October 2008, the station will be closed for major refurbishment works. A rail replacement bus service operates between Shepherds Bush and White City.
SOUTHGATE STATION: On Saturday 23 and Sunday 24 February, the station is closed for refurbishment works. A connecting replacement bus service operates between Southgate and Arnos Grove.
WOOD GREEN STATION: A reduced escalator service until late March.
